- Immediately following bleaching for tooth whitening
- After your teeth have been cleaned and polished
- If you suffer from dry mouth, which could be a side effect of prescription or non prescription medicines.
- If you are susceptible to dehydration from sporting activities or outdoor work
- If you currently have orthodontic bands or brackets or have just had them removed
- If you are pregnant and your mouth acid levels are higher than normal
- If you are experiencing a high decay rate
How to use itMI Paste can be applied into a pre-formed tray and placed in the mouth. Alternaeively squeeze a small amount of MI Paste from the tube onto your finger and apply it over the surfaces of the teeth as advised by your hygienist. If you are in the mniddle of orthodontic treatment, apply MI Paste around the areas where the bands and brackets are attached to the teeth.
Most often you will want to apply it after brushing your teeth, both morning and night. Or if you are in the process of tooth whitening, immediately following each whitening session.
